On the morning of January 17，the signing ceremony of cooperation framework agreement between CARI and Instituto Superior de Ciências Sociais e Políticas (ISCSP - School of Social and Political Sciences) at Universidade de Lisboa. The ceremony was presided over by Professor Luo Chuanyu, Assistant to the Dean.
